Seriously though, if you or a friend own a multimeter I would check your pickups and pots and see if the values seem normal. Maybe somebody more clever with this stuff will chime in.

If all you're trying to accomplish is preventing the b and e strings from popping out of the nut, you might want to take a look at your string tree. Compound radius seems like a dumb idea on warmoth's part. 24" conversion neck?
Does such a thing exist? Has anyone here tried converting a 25.5 to a shortscale? I heard you can convert the MIM duo sonics into 25.5 without moving the bridge, does that mean I could take a 22.5 duo neck and put it on a long scale body? Thanks.
