Nice lil warhorse . But for even $1100 in that condition you can find a lot better . This guy is crazy to ask that for that guitar . these routinely go for more than that... especially the earlier ones with the matching headstock. these all recently went for more.. http://cgi.ebay.com/1972-Fender-M...

63 jaguar done

Wow, finally got this one where i wanted it. I had built it very well, and i was quite happy with it, but i am always tinkering, and can never seem to be quite finished a project, especially when it isn't 100%. I ordered a vintage pickguard for this, because vintage tort is where its at, and while t...

Something stupid? The guy has every right to call it that, just as I have ever right to think it's dumb. The only reason this posting exchange has lasted this long is that someone miscontrued my words and said I thought the project was worthless. I don't. I complimented it several times, I just thi...

Guaranteed to make me think you're a prick: Putting a false date in front of a modern relic job, no matter how good. 1964 Jaguar my arse. Otherwise it looks like you've done a fantastic job on it, just call it what it is: a modified Jagmaster and a well done one at that. ? its not a relic job, its ...

Yngwie's.
on the 64 neck I have they are concave, and i've seen and heard of others with the same thing.

AH alright, I was figuring that you were gonna try to do the whole "fill the jagmaster with wood blocks and glue it down/re-route needed areas." Wide rangers? Or are those just for the sake of the example? Just for the sake of the example, the dressing room at OSG doesnt have just a plain...

Are you using a Jagmaster as the body? It looks like you're turning it into a hardtail, does this mean you'll be filling the Trem Route? I kinda like the indents. The whole project is a vista series jagmaster. 24" scale I am using a full block strat tremolo off of a 1988 62ri japanese strat. i...

Wow, good job! It looks great, except on a few markers there seem to be indents, or it's just the photo. I wouldn't trust myself drilling into a neck *shivers*. Cant wait to see the rest of the project. I left indents intentionally, so less material will come out as the strings move along the fretb...

1964 Jagmaster Done!

Hey Guys I have been back and forth on selling, keeping, color choices and more regarding this project. I have finally come to a decision, here is a mockup of what i have decided to build (minus the jag/jazz tremolo) as it is a jagmaster. http://i42.tinypic.com/e63mkw.jpg There is still alot which n...
