http://www.murphguitars.com/images/imgs/Westerner1.jpg Rather than having to go through the repainting stage again, the guitars were upholstered in a naugahyde ( vinyl ) material with a row of dome shaped upholstery nails around the join between front and back panels. never seen that done to a guit...

A bit more of rounded and more of a push, the stock bridge sounds too thin imo.

I havent seen any other humbuckers pickups that are in a soapbar cover, i can only find dimarzio ones. I dont have the skillz to route out the boody for a full sized one, or to trim the pickguard :/

My only frame of reference for steveage is Saxondale. Strange that, even though it was set in stevenage, it was filmed mainly in Watford :/ Lewis Hamilton is said to be from here too, even though he's from Tewin which is a small village not too far away. We're rubbish! Yeahhhh! Looks like the behri...

That behringer looks pretty handy. As soon as i hear some samples then i'd give it some more thought. Although since i cant use my amp's pre amp without the speaker i'll probably end up looking into some sort of pedal for my tones. Early days anyway.
