Thanks for the input y'all. My conclusion is that this is an original 1965 Jaguar neck (I think the tuner holes are factory ...) with a non-factory Duo-Sonic II decal installation and I will treat as such. Thanks for everything.

Thanks for all the feedback. Anyone else want to give their 2 cents? Regarding the decal with no patent numbers? anyone ever seen this? Even the re-issue ones have the patent numbers ...

I read somewhere that a 1 before the date meant a Jaguar ... and 8 or 9 was duo/musicmaster/etc

I’m aware it is not a slab board … what about the tuner holes? … because they are not the same diameter all the way down?

Jaguar Neck - Duo-Sonic II Headstock Decal

Just bought a 24 inch Duo-Sonic II neck to replace my 22.5 inch. The date stamp (1JUN65B) indicates it’s a Jaguar neck. But it has a DSII decal.
