I just installed these tonight on my Jagmaster. The ones on mine were bad, they slipped. You could see them slip when you stretched strings. These Wilkinson I installed are nice. They are rotomatics and like 26 bucks http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b274/Br4nd0nW/gear/WIlkinsonMiniRotoChromeAll.jpg

This could be off a bit but, I have have guitars behave just like that under high gain playing and it was due to a bad ground.

Thanks for the tips man. I really feel like the buzzing is by fault of my own. It didn't do it before I tried to cure the binding in the nut. I will try to build the slot back up some. I have the bridge decked out. I don't use the trem at all. The intonation was pretty good on it. The problem seems ...

I always put a little chapstick in the nut. you can also do the same thing by coloring the slots with mechanical pencil. the graphite helps. Those Jagmasters have cheap tuners, so if you're still having problems after the nut change, that's what I would recommend. I'm pretty sure if you have a legi...

Jagmaster woes

So I was having a bit of a problem with tuning stability on my jagmaster. I figured most of the problem was probably strings binding in the nut. It didn't seem to be a intonation problem as I could get it tuned, it just wopuldn't stay that way.....I tried to clean out the slots a little. Well eviden...

Re: Anyone else own a Jaguar Classic Player Special HH?

Anyone else out there own a Jag CP Special HH? I've had my Jaguar Classic Player Special HH for a couple of years now, and it has slowly become my favorite guitar. I love the SRV tones I get from the neck pup blended all the way to single coil and the Nirvana tones I get from the bridge pup running...

Nah man. You hit all the major points. I have seen that guitar on the site a couple times. I have been interested in a dual hum tele. In the past i have had a few SX's. I had a couple basses and a strat copy. I am very tempted buy that specific model. I wish they made it with a rosewood board. If th...

I have to say, the jack cups aren't to attractive. They are in no way a deal breaker though. I really like both. Will that really be the only finish options? If the jazzmaster came with a rosewood neck I would be all over it
