The neck looks like it already has the screw holes for some brands drilled in, as well as the push pin holes. The hole measures just over 1/4 of an inch, is that normal?

I'm making a backup guitar, and I need some recommendations on machine head tuners. I've looked at these Sprezel Trim-Lok tuners, which seem pretty good but don't say if they're 12:1 or 16:1. Any info on those, or other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
I'm not trying to be a croksniffer but as Will has stated the GHS reissues are not the solution for the tone I'm after.

I've seen those though I have hears many negative things about them and the GHS, Seymour Duncan, and even Danos own reissues don't sound quite the same. I'm really just looking for help with the vintage ones, but thanks anyway.
