i generally keep my hand close to the bridge while strumming, but not everyone does for sure. doesn't say what the 3-way does in the specs, but i have to imagine it's split-bridge-coil/both-coils/split-neck-coil; i suppose you could also do series versus parallel and lose either the bridge or neck c...
