BTW

thanks for the info! the Mustang does have 22 frets, and a measurement of 6 4/8" form the saddle to the heal. Which i would imagine is short, if the neck is longer than the other 21 fret 24" scale guitars. (it would have to be) (the neck is 17 6/8' -nut to heal, on the Mustang) So the Must...

the cv neck is a conversion neck (read: fits a 25.5" scale and converts it to 24" scale) so will not work on a body setup for a 24" neck (vintage duo, mustang, jaguar, bronco etc..) so on a cv duo, you can either put another cv duo neck on it, a jagmaster (current production run only...

Mustang CV duo-sonic question

Hi

Do any of you know if this Duo-Sonic (24") neck is the the same size as the Mustang neck (also 24")

Or if they are swapable?

I would imagine they could be but ya never know

will fender necks fit on these things? Dunno for their shortscales, I'd guess they are probably conversion necks so no. For the standard scale, they supposedly will. But why would you bother. The necks on these are supposedly approximate to higher end squier quality, and as such perfectly passable....
