I fancy a duo-sonic, advice needed
Hi all I quite fancy putting together a duo-sonic/music master type guitar. I have done some basic guitar building in the past (built a tele) but don't have a lot of free tim these days, so will probably do it in parts. It will probably be a single bridge pick-up, 24" scale neck, possibly finis...

Just find the right neck and the blues tone will follow 8) I think any guitar can be used to give a good blues style, some guitars have become synonymous with the blues but that is because each blues guitarist was comfortable with that particular guitar. Just my two pennies worth, but i could be wro...

Short scale convert
Well the Jaguar turned up yesterday, really nice low action. I was suprised how easy the short scale was to play on, I always found the Gibson scale a bit difficult to get used to, so thought this might have been the same, but it was an easy transition from my strat. It is a 97 CIJ in sunburst, and ...

GASing for a short scale
Hi All new to the forum, mainly play a fender strat but have had a recent urge towards the short scale guitars. After a bit of advice, I love the look of the Fender Jag and have been keeping my eye on ebay for that bargain, but am not a fan of using a trem, are they easy enough to block? Also seen a...
