Yeah. Actually, now that I think about it, they probably just went for him because his name rhymes with Jaguar, kind of like the JM JM, masics master(not end rhyme, but consonance and assonance at least). Well that and his relative fame. Though really, I don't think they've tapped the Cobain well f...

aye. he's master shredder. i saw his band 'big dumb face' support les claypool in the late 90's and it was nothing short of technical, funny, metalgloomz. apparently based on his favorite recording guitar: http://img512.imageshack.us/img512/4054/wesborland11sr7.jpg wow. that's a nice starcaster rip...

I quite like signature guitars because even when it's just a strat, tele or whatever, there's usually something about it that Fender wouldn't have done otherwise. A new finish, a different type of bridge, maybe binding on a guitar that wouldn't normally have it. An extra option in a field of RI gui...

he put a fender lace in the neck and a sd hot lead in the bridge...it sounds amazing...but the bastard refuses to sell it to me.

i've heard varying things about these guitars...i think that the quality control varies alot. some people seem to love em, while other people that i know that have owned them have had to change the tuners, neck. bridge, pickups, etc. i really like the way that the telemaster looks...pretty legit. i'...

the best news out of this is that fender will more than likely now offer a tele switch that will fit in the jag spot. so no more searching for aftermarket mods. fingers crossed.
