Olympic White Paint

Got a AVRI Jaguar in the mail yesterday. A bit of the paint was chipped off near the neck. Anybody know where I can get a tiny bit of olympic white paint?

Or any opinions on how I can fix this?

It's a toss up between the GFS Loudmouths and the GFS Liverpools. I'll sleep on it and see which set of these pickups wind up in this hollowbodied sucker.

Thanks for the input everybody!

Coil Tapped/Split Humbucker Recommendations

Looking to do some coil tapping/splitting action on the ol' Korean Gretsch.

Anybody have recommendations on humbuckers that'll produce some pretty tones?

Not exactly sure what I'm looking for right now, just wanted to see if anybody had some favorites to share.

Drum Machines

Anybody use a drum machine or some sort of drumming software? I ask because I lack the talent to drum myself and playing to the lack of any sort of beat probably isn't doing me any good.

Yeah!

Awesome. The guitar is definitively in the 97-98 range. CIJ serial number starting with an A. Cool. Sort of need to get a new pot since one of the old knobs doesn't want to come off... the screw is stuck or something - weird. I managed to rip the pole out of the pot and the knob is still stuck on th...

My first Jaguar... needs some work (Maybe)

Got my first Jaguar today. Candy apple red with a matching headstock. Research tells me that's the "Crafted in Japan" deal means it's from 97 or 98. A few dings here and there, but not a big deal. The previous owner swapped out the original bridge for a TOM and threw in a buzzstop. Neat. T...

Re: Got some extra wallpaer laying around?

How did the seams work out? From a distance you can't really tell. Up close, those curved edges can look a mess. The wallpaper pattern hides it sort of well though. I'll try to get some pictures of that when I head back home. There's a lot of guys over at reranch doing the same thing with fabric. T...

Got some extra wallpaper laying around?

My parents had a roll of wall paper in their closet that they weren't ever going to use, so I grabbed that and slapped it on a guitar. It's floral but whatever. Looks pretty good to me. Here's what I did to my Mockingbird. Just traced out the pattern, glued all the pieces down, and went nuts with th...

I picked up the guitar a few days ago for $550. I told the guy I was going to pass on it, so he dropped the price down to $550... so saving for a Jaguar is going to take a bit longer. I'm up in northern California right now, but I'm from Orange County. A friend of mine got a MIJ Jaguar for about $40...
