Ok Cheers Mike, I'm in East London too.

I saw one go on ebay the other day for £297. I'll keep a look out

I have a 70s SF Champ for the exact same reason, I live in a 1-bed flat in a Converted Victorian Terrace in Hackney - anything louder would just be unpleasant for everyone else. It sounds beautiful and crystal clean up to around 8 on the dial with single coils when it starts to break up in a garage...

Fender Champ (Silverface) or similar

I'm moving into a flat soon and I'm concious of not p*ssing off my neighbours so I'm considering different small amps I could get. At the moment I have an Orange Dual Terror and a Selmer Zodiac 30. I've listened to a few clips on youtube and like the sound of the old champ and they seem to go qutie ...

Bronco trem block

As I find the trem on my bronco absolutely horse turd i'm considering blocking off the trem.

Have any of you guys done it before? Is it something that could be done yourself or is it best to get a pro to install?

Oh come on! I know you're as much an Alex Turner fan-girl as I am! I've seen you on the Arctic Monkeys forum!
Hence why I said I really like them?

Fender Bronco in NY

I've been in NY for the last few days and thought i'd let you guys know in case someone is after one.

There is a 67 Bronco in red for sale at Sam Ash by Rudy's, it seems to be all original.

IIRC it was for sale at 799 dollars. Apparently it's been there for a while so you could bargain further.

Thanks for the help. The baritone necks on Allparts seem to be out of stock which is a shame. Didn't expect them to be so expensive but nevermind. I'll send them an email later to see if they are expecting them in. That doesn't seem difficult then. I'll start hunting for a tele body. Next on the lis...

Telecaster project advice

I'll start by saying I have no knowledge at all about guitar builds so this is mainly for advise and to point me in the right direction I'd love to build (most probably just piece together) a baritone tele with a bigsby. I was planning on just buying parts off of ebay and see where I end up. I assum...

Phil's videos are great but the prices always seem ridiculous.

I do want one of those Gretsch Spectrasonic's they had. I've never seen one for sale
