That's because they DIDN'T! They offered to setup the new guitar with new strings (some customer service, huh). But like I said, the new guitar setup was absolute CRAP!! Looking across the strings (from 6th string down to 1st) EVERY string was FAR off from the previous and almost looked stagger step...
