It's easy enough to find reasons to dislike nearly every band. Gear is low on the list, but I do take note when a band comes out with a lot of pedals. It's rare that it leads to anything impressive, but every now and then it'll be cool. The worst thing is bands that just can't figure out where they'...

Truly incredible. As others have stated, it looks much better as a bass than as a guitar. Love the color combo too. Great work!

I kinda consider being able to play the uke one of those life skills that everybody should have, like knowing how to change a tire or roll a joint.

New? Japanese Mustangs

http://www.ikebe-gakki.com/ec/img/products/main/13/137803/137803_b.jpg Was poking around the ikebe-gakki website looking at guitars I'll never own and came across these two models. Pretty cool to see Fender making a 3 pickup Mustang. http://www.ikebe-gakki.com/ec/pro/disp/1/137803 And there's this ...

I had a Duo-Sonic stolen in Baltimore, the guitar theft capital of the world. Despite it's affordability, I've missed it. Not really keen on replacing it though. Bought a few other guitars since and really enjoy playing them, but that guitar was a real fun one and so easy to just throw around reckle...

That redburst Jag HH is pretty awesome too. Looks like the same color you see on a lot of 60's Japanese-made Jag knockoffs. Very cool.

Also, looks like the Pawn Shop Mustangs are still around, but they changed the headstock logo to read Mustang rather than Mustang Special.

That Excelsior doesn't really seem loud enough to gig with.

I'd go for a used Hot Rod or Blues Deluxe if I didn't have time to hunt for a deal on something nicer. Easy to find, easy to service. Very versatile and reliable.

The 3 way toggle in mine never worked correctly, it maintained contact with both sides no matter where it was set. Replaced it with a Gibson brand switch within a few days of buying the guitar and am now very happy.

I think the concept mockups look great. Really love the idea of a one pickup Fender shortscale without a pickguard or control plate. Definitely interested to see where this goes.

I always thought it was super cool that the Scarlett King snake masquerades as a Coral snake.

Red on yellow, kill a fellow..red on black, venom lack.
