These guitars will perform well for those that don't get on with the traditional aspects of a Jazzmaster / Mustang. Some people out there really love these guitars but don't have time for messing with the switching / and faffing with the bridge. It's a no brainer for a large majority of people, oft...

It's sensitivity time now I suppose
oooooooooooooooooooooh.... touchy... I wasn't referring to the american special strats/teles(seems like common sense, considering we're in a thread about the american special offsets) Why buy a castrated Jazzmaster/Mustang? If you don't want the switches and offbeat setup then what business d...

The springs are kind of loose and it doesn't give the trem much wiggle room. The saddles are too small. It has duncan designed strat pickups in it. Mine wasn't properly grounded and buzzed like the dickens with any amount of overdrive. I put about $70 american in Japan 65 RI parts in mine, replaced ...

GAK has demos of both versions of the guitar. Bridge pickup doesn't sound strong enough to mix well with the tron neck, so maybe investing in buying a hot tele bridge pickup is the way to go with these bigsby cabronitas? just wishing out ...

I love that marauder, it's just that 5 way switch, something just rubs me the wrong way about it. I feel like since the original Marauder had jag switching and jag pickups that because this one has a Jazzmaster pickup it should incorporate some Jazzmaster controls. I feel like who ever designed this...

You guys have, like , father and son avatars. Cur, right again. I haven't liked that upper horn either, like a Popsicle somebody sucked on but that control plate makes it better. I agree about the Marauder blue , looks great. I love it, it's got a retro 60's thing going on. It reminds me of old ita...

what about Elmer's Wood Grain Filler with some properly measured blocks of wood filling most of the space. Then just paint over it. I would mount the bridge on the wood block filling the strat trem. and route the JM trem the traditional distance from the bridge. I'm open to other people's theories o...

http://i.imgur.com/moSm2bO.jpg So the triplebucker would always be on. The JM pickup would sort of be it's own thing, with it's own on/off switch and separate vol/tone control. When turned on the JM pickup would blend with whatever setting the triplebucker was on. To get the JM pickup by itself you...
