Wonderful amps. Always a fan of the Ivy-league fenders. That blackface is a crazy sweet amp. Love that tremolo circuit in those things. Congrats on the find, play the heck out of it.

I progressively sanded from 80 grit up to 1000. Then just wiped the stain on with a rag. Used minwax red mahogany. The body is alder. I believe I did 3 coats of stain several hours apart. Did a final sand and did 3-4 coats of spray on clear cost, buffing in between each coat.
