If any of you guys remember, I wrote squier a letter about them doing a vintage version of the old duo sonic and mustang guitars. They told me they were going to pass it on to their marketing department and if they liked it, it would be on the market in about 3 years.

Just played both a MIM jazzy and the costello jazzy. Both were great guitars. Nice necks. the pups in the costello sounded slightly fuller but the was very minimal. The MIM has a great gloss neck which was a concern of mine as the J macis has a satin neck. Either way they are great guitars.. Price ...

I have two questions bubbles... 1. Would a buzzstop still work? 2. Was the tremolo not "fluid" like real jazzmasters? Also i noticed for the spec sheet, it says that the pups are AV jazzmaster pickups, and the pickguard is different for other colors, implying that they will release this in...

Well if the trem isn't as good as the CIJ, then its surely not as good as a AVRI, which is dumb since you can find a AVRI for $300-400 more :?

ahh damn :cry: if they are >150 im not gonna do it only because that puts the amp at $600

sl0an- I love the peavey valveking and i have been using peaveys since day one, its just the clean is not up to par to the deluxe but im probably going to get it because the OD was so sweet
