I've always imagined they'd be comparable to one of those little Squier practice amps from the '90s.
Sounds like it's an earlier version of one of these

15 Watt (8 inch speaker) solid state practice amp made about 20 years ago in Taiwan. I believe these were sold as a package along with the Sunn Mustang guitar (which was a late 80's early 90's Strat Copy). Single Channel Volume Gain Master Treble Middle Bass Headphones out thats it.. The unusual thing about this amp is when you look at it from about 10 feet away and squint, it looks just like a Fender practice amp. Get closer and look at the carry handle strap, that says Fender on it. Finally, under the power switch it says F.M.I.C. which I believe stands for Fender Musical Instrument Company. So it's a Fender practice amp in disguise, which is no bad thing. Does exactly what it's meant to do and not much more.

I spotted one local on eBay and wondered if it had some mojo like the other sunn amps. Tbh given the price for a practice amp it would be worth a punt

But yeah anyway, all that "Sunn" stuff came out over in the UK in the mid to late eighties just after Fender had bought them out and discovered cheap labour in the far East. They were seen as even more budget than the Squier range at the time.
