Opinions on these? I really do love the sounds they're producing but find the import shipping prices just that little bit too much to fully convince me on it. I think they sound really nice as well as looking pretty cool too
I couldn't watch the artist demo, bothered me way too much and almost ruined my first impression on the pedal. The technical demo was way better, like actually hearing clean tones in comparison to what the pedal can do instead of watching bogus testimonials. I think it sounds like a great fuzz, but I'm sure it's got a ton of competition at $179.

Yeah exactly what I'm thinking! I'm impressed by the sounds of all of the Walrus pedals I've heard so far, just wish I didn't live so far away. I know the Voyager is very Klon like, what sort of fuzz is the Jupiter similar to?
the demos just show a couple cool sounds and.... that's it. sounds cool but uh, how about showing how the pedal works and what sounds you can get out of it. what do the controls do? he shows two (of three???) of the modes and a couple different positions on the fuzz knob. what is the bass switch? like a bass bypass I guess?? what kind of tone control is it? muff-a-like? or just regular low-pass filter?
