'publicans like to talk the 'fiscal conservative' talk but as soon as they get into office they run up the bill faster than anyone else. time and time again. I cannot believe people still buy that crap.

and at the same time that they're running up the bill they're cutting taxes for the wealthy. so guess who's left with the bill?

LOLWUT. Who knew a conversation about metal guitars/Dave Mustaine could lead to this ... what a derail.

I found an interview with Alex Jones from mar 15th and Mustaine says that his words got spun and that he never said he was supporting Santorum.
He's still a dick now for other reasons, but I still love RIP, SFSGSW and Countdown to Extinction. Great albums.

I'm going to be getting the Charvel SoCal that was mentioned earlier. It should fit the bill for a shred-able guitar. I relearned Holy Wars this week and it was a lot of fun. Tough song. My buddy Lance learned all of Friedman's parts and we've been playing it together. . I can't get anywhere near that fast myself though. Don't have the patience to learn that kind of lead work. I know I could do it, but to sit around and play the same part 30 times until it's correct is too much for my attention span.
