Bought an amp and a res-o-glass guitar Friday.

Amp sounds awesome. The guitar needs some new buttons on the tuners, hopefully they will be in from Stew Mac today.

Is the amp a Silvertone as well?

Yeah it is. They were purchased together in 1957. It has the original strap, a few sets of strings, really old picks, and a few other odds n ends. The fella bought it from said he hadn't had it out of the closet in 30+ years. He told me he bought them with his first paycheck after graduating school.

Got the new tuners installed, thought I had some strings. I was wrong. Fuck balls.
