NCD: Fender Bandmaster Cabinet
I've been keeping my eye out for original Bandmaster cabs, and one popped up at my local Music Go Round. Haven't looked inside the cabinet, but it has some really nice sounding Eminence speakers. Seemed like a decent deal for a vintage, matching cabinet for my amp. The increased cabinet size definitely allows the speakers to push more air, and I'll be converting my Bassman cab to an open back set up. They are huge speaker cabinets, but a good option for the money IMO.

That'd be a monstrously overbuilt 2x12, I believe... From the looks of it, he's got the horizontal setup (I think they made diagonal 2x12s at one time, also) Those black back Eminences are probably my favourite speakers. I'm always on the lookout for orphaned ones that I could buy and pop into my cabs. Good score!
