It would be easy enough to make into a website.
If you have OSX and open it with preview, the right side-bar has expandable anchor links moving you around the document with ease.

Sweet to have this, for shorter synopsis check out the recent Squier book celebrating 30years. It's appendices are worth the price alone let alone the insight in to how fender survived the early 80s and grew out of trouble
