Belated multi NGD - --NBD/NVBD/NAGD IMG HEAVY
ripper. 76 I think. Got it a while ago, but didn't take pics. I think I posted it on facebook at least.
2004 EBMM Bongo Bass in Lava Pearl. Traded an ibanez artcore for it. Epic deal. Thing sounds absolutely amazing, even though it's hideous. The body shape and balance is very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone.
Next is my acoustic
Fender Elvis Kingman. Just finished paying it off. It's been a busy month musically and I have three new toys. I don't know what to do with myself, also I"m trading my Telecaster Deluxe for my J Mascis Fender JM that I traded for a US tele. I want my jazzmaster back, he wants the Tele Deluxe, so it's a win win win situation.
Update on that soon as well. I will miss the tele deluxe. I just finished upgrading the pots and what not. I'll get another someday.

Nice guitars! Is the Gibson modified? I ask regarding the holes below the bridge. The Music Man's got that Parker Fly look to it. Are the knobs split or just stepped? Nice color on that one too.
Congrats!
Congrats!

shortscale's bearable with opera mini. you have to log in through the 'check private messages' link though (on mine, anyway).ZenJenga wrote:I haven't been on the forum much. Laptop is kaputt and iPhone blows for browsing non mobile sites.

It's a non-original high-mass bridge for more sustain, but some Rippers came with a string-thru option for the Gibson 3-point bass TOM... however, these bridges can be toploaded as well. Looks like someone dug out the ferrules on this body.speedfish wrote:Nice guitars! Is the Gibson modified? I ask regarding the holes below the bridge.
The new Krist Novoselic RD bass used string thru holes with the stock type of bridge, like Novoselic's original.

I used to say that a lot when I was a toddler, apparently. My parents do these big grins and yell it at me whenever Ghostbusters is on, hoping to trigger some long-lost exuberance.

yea it's got a replacement heavy mass bridge from somewhere. Not sure of the source. Was there when I got it. the holes are from the original bridge. I am seeking one now. I think the bridge on it now is much better, but I want it to look proper.speedfish wrote:Nice guitars! Is the Gibson modified? I ask regarding the holes below the bridge. I was thinking that myself when I picked up my Cobain Compstang the other day.... *hides*
I will make an NGD for the compstang soon and a video. I need to get the pickups balanced. Drives me nuts. Major difference in volume between the bridge HB and the neck pup.
