I agree with the tort on the Jaguar with the L-500's
I'd also lose the surrounds and have the pickups mounted straight in the guard
You could also have a regular jag 3-way switch panel on it
Then you could have a split switch for each and a kill switch as well
I'm only interested in this at the moment 'cos I have an identical set of old L-500's
I'm thinking of doing something similar on a Telemaster with a hardtail bridge
It would mean building a custom tort guard but I think it'd be cool
