I'm on the fence about Biffy Clyro. They were awesome when I saw them live a couple years ago, so I picked up Puzzle and Only Revolutions and... meh. They sound overproduced. I like their songs, but the studio versions don't pack nearly the punch I was expecting after their live set.

The pickups and the rosewood neck on a fiesta red body are the only real unique features about it, which I don't really like.
