NGD & DONE UP OGD

Post by wwrrss »

(sorry, shit massive mobile phone pictures.)

First up - NGD!

This is an Antoria Telstar I got off a nice guy on Gumtree this morning, it's really well built and sturdy, and the pickups sound good. the only problem is missing parts on the tuners, them little thimble things are missing off two machineheads at the front (I can't remember the proper name) I might just replace all the tuners, if I can't find replacement bits.

DONE UP OGD

This is the Encore Strat I bought for £3.99 last year whilst I had 5 weeks off work with a broken heel, I got the plate and pickup from Fran, so this is now to be known only as "STRATBASTARD"

STRATBASTARD was used on this stupid jam we had, in our neighbourz living room.

DOOMRIFF at 29.55 = STRATBASTARD.

Was the Telstar an equally cheap deal? Looks nice, for a telecaster

Wasn't quite as cheap as the Strat unfortunately, but didn't break the bank.

Ha! Cool stuff Sean, Stratbastard 8)

Nice score with the Antoria too, built by Ibanez in the late 70s I believe.

Yeah, it's defo an old Antoria, my mate has an Antoria Black Eagle Bass that's brilliant, so when I saw this I jumped at it.
Just them dodgy machineheads to worry about.

They have an old Antoria Strat in the local Crack Converters. If it wasn't CAR i'd have jumped on it for £50, might well do yet and attack it with rattle cans..
