Edge bound V
I know I'll get laughed at for this, but I think it's damned good-looking.

I see what you mean. Hmm. Presumably it's Neck Vol., Bridge Vol., Pickup selector, Tone (least used)theshadowofseattle wrote:That control setup looks homeschooled.
Mine has this arrangement: Edit: Rehosted pic.

I prefer the big pickguard '60s Vs to the '50s design, especially around the neck joint, and the truss rod cover... though I'd swap the positions of that switch and foremost knob. The one NickS just posted is a later combination design I quite like, using the body, tailpiece and TRC of the '60s design with '50s rings/pickguard/control scheme (and less cotton swabesque colours).

the rev is the ron asheton of the stooges' sig model. he died not long after they were introduced. im guessing secondhand you could get one for 5-600usd.
it's their Volcano model with x3 p90s and the sig and bolts. i'm thinking you could get a regular Volcano cheaper. they changed the models around every year so there are slight differences like the pin lock tuners, pickup arrangements, and colors.
