I like the idea of the Jag-stang but the thing that throws me off with the design is the Mustang bridge. I think the Jag/Jazmaster type bridge setup balances the guitar out visually.

Stereordinary's "Jag-stang Done Right" template I think has the body corrected.

This is my mockup of my Jag-stang II. I'm hoping to build it one day.

i like the small headstocks too. i just think it's funny that small (big) detail was ignored by fender. unless he didn't care. which he probably didn't. who cares. nevermind.

its a pretty big indication as to how unhappy he was towards the end, even for something as trivial as "hey my new master built guitar will be here any day now",

All are much better than what did happen. The original I find hideous.
I like the Debacle except that it needs a chrome pickup selecter switch, and a tort or mint green pickguard.Hate the gold anodized
I'm going to name my next guitar "Debacle" De Bacle in Fender font.

Does anyone know someone who can make me this body? The original person that was gonna make it ran in to some bad personal problems...

I would if I had the time....

I would check with Cooterfinger. He is our shortscale body expert.

I approve of this! Except maybe for the colour!
