New Fender Cyclone

Post by Awstin »

Just won this on ebay. I love the color and always wanted one. I got it for a good price too. It's signed by the bassist and rhythm guitarist of three doors down though. I just wanted the guitar, fuck them signatures.. Think I'm just gonna erase them.

Nice score. Love the MOTS. Yeah, erase that stuff. It's like someone wearing a shirt with someone else's name on it.

I just wanna go right up and say, "Hey, are you the Tommy Hilfiger?"

I think orange is about the rarest in the standard colors isn't it? That and yellow. But I see yellow once in a while.

Remove those 2 signatures and have a good guitar. 3 doors down was a one hit wonder band. Nobody gives a shit about those guys nowdays.
Are this Cyclone a refinish guitar? Werent Cyclones made in blue, red and yellow only? Never seen a orange.

Yeah I'm gonna lol. I think I got it at a score for $305.00. I'm surprised no one else snagged it. Anyone know if Fenders gonna reissue them?.. Seeing as Squier did. Even though they are FSR.

Good luck removing the sharpie. Be careful not to damage the finish when removing the sharpie!! My tech says a light sanding + buffing should get that it, but do not use chemicals.
