EHX Micro Metal Muff

Post by Thom »

Anyone got any experience of these? My team got me one today as leaving present, which was really kind of them.
Not going to be able to try it out until I pick up a guitar once I get to Beijing.

Not heard the micro but I played with a guy the other day who had the big Metal Muff with top boost and it sounded like arse. It is a good present from your team though.

I've always sort of wanted one. I feel like my metal side is really asserting itself as I get older, which I'm pretty sure is the opposite of how it's supposed to work.

(Basically, if you plan on selling it then... I'm happy to wait three weeks for a Chinese package...!)

the micro is meh.... the XO one is better, the tone control sweeps the mid freq...but as said, for a going away present from work folks its ace

EDIT: I thought the Pocket Metal Muff was the Micro but the Micro is really the XO sized one with the 3 knobs..... Its a decent pedal and you will definately find usable tones...enjoy
