Well,after further communication Gibson they have convinced me that the guitar is not real.The told me that they cannot go into details of why the guitar appears to be fake because they don't not want the fraudulent sellers to use that information to improve their fake copies. Anyway you can see some of the (now)obvious"tells" below in comparision to a real Epiphone

Anyway,I took the guitar back to my friends store and explained the problem.They gave me a refund.
