Might as well make it a doozy

No amp either.
It played like shit when i bought it, but after a brief setup it's pretty good. The bridge looks like something you'd find in the hull of a sunken pirate ship.
look how expensive strings are in japan

180 yen for a single high E string.
This is going to be a pain in the ass to lug to Osaka, but i couldnt go longer without a guitar.

All gone im afraid. Sold the boogie and prs singlecut so i can afford to live in Osaka before my first paycheck. I still have my prized prs custom 24 back in new york, which i'll probably never sell.

Hey, for being your only guitar you can't go wrong!

Check out one of these: USB guitar link

And maybe some VST plug-ins. Cheap way to play your sweet guitar, even with headphones.

My brother was OBSESSED with the Universe 7-strings back in the '90s for Steve Vai reasons, in the couple years before the mainstream success of Korn/Bizkit brought about all those later/cheaper RG 7-strings. We couldn't go to GC without him going all Wayne's World on a used one they had/revered, and he had a torn-out magazine ad for one as a poster on his desk and stuff.

That is indeed very gorgeous. Fancy a universe myself one day, but six strings fox me enough

That guitar desperately needs neon green strings... I got some for free from a shop in Ottawa that wanted to get rid of them badly (read: they're shitty).

You can FEEL the green!

I would not be opposed to neon green strings. But in Japan im not sure if i can find the, especially for 7 string guitars. The shop in Nagoya only carried ernie ball.

By curiosity... are you trying to encourage local shops by not ordering online?

See if you can find a secondhand THR-10, I think you might kick yourself if you settle for a 5.

This is where things get funny. So most shops only accept Japanese credit cards. I finally got one, but when they input my information into their system they spelled my name wrong in kana.
So when i try to fill out the online order form it says the name doesnt match the name in their records.
my name is ジョエル。
Maybe they used ジョー Joe
ジュエル。Jewel

...who knows how they spelled it.

So yeah I can't really order things online.
