NAD Hot Rod Deluxe (finally!!)

Post by Josh »

Finally got me a new tube amp. got this hrd II on craigslist for 400 brand new with the footswitch still in the bubblewrap. finally got some time to mess around with it since i'm at work all the time. super loud reverby clean tonez! and the overdrive channel's not that bad. (more drive kinda sucks though.)

check it:

Lovely shimmmmeeerrryyy fender cleans man. When you want dirt, hit a pedal, fender valve amps suck at drive, but take pedals real well.

Enjoy

Congrats! Its my favorite amp for clean tones that I've used (and I have a JC-120). The drive channel really depends on what tubes you're using though, and I almost always use pedals for that.

I'm gonna be using my bass players HRD! I hear they take pedals really well.
