Anyone know where I can get these buttons?

Painting? Routing? Set-up tips? Or just straight-up making a guitar from scratch? Post here, and post pics!

I want to use them on my mustang instead of the switches for coil splitting.

I'm not sure if they're the same, but these look pretty similar, although it looks like they only come in black or red. http://www.mammothelectronics.com/4SPBS ... 0-1014.htm

I saw these in radioshack. They are just a little high though. I want to get buttons though so they are more low profile, look cool, and they won't scratch my hand like the switches do some times.

Yeah, I wondered if they might be too high. Sounds like a cool idea, though. I'm curious to see how you plan on using them. I love unique knobs and switches on guitars.

A push to make/push to break switch wouldn't work unless it's latching.

It's this kind of switch: http://www.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch ... &x=12&y=16

buttons are sold separately and available in black, white and cream

(I saw this on tgp as suhr have this kind of switch on the Guthrie Govan signature and they were explaining how they build it)

That looks cool. I wondered the same thing by the way about how they mount. I just wish there were little arcade style buttons that clicked. That would be so awesome. It wouldn't be such a big deal to use the bigger ones if they were else where but this is where the previous owner decide to install them.
