Apart from the built in stuff they're pretty much a normal Vox Teardrop and Phantom (yes, I know that's not its proper name).
Wonder if this might pave the way for some proper reissues?

Looks like a nice bedroom guitar or would just be fun to walk around the house jamming on it. What's the cost?
edit: I see them for $299.00 on ebay.

I've been watching these for the last couple years at NAMM shows. Vox keeps displaying them, but this year, they finally started actually talking about them and thinking about shipping them I guess. They feel okay... the necks are a little chunky, although they are 24" scale. They feel semi-cheap actually. Not junky, just not super refined.NoisemakerEffects wrote:+1. I absolutely agree with you guys. While I can see the onboard electronics being of use to some folks (and it does have an interesting mix of electronics...), I personally would rather have a nice, inexpensive, 24" scale Phantom, hold the blarney. Something similar to the hidden picture below would do nicely.
