Or Tiny Terror users too, since the question is more of a general one. Right now I'm primarily using a Pignose G40V to play live but goddamn I love the tone of my Micro Terror (enough that I've used it live with a mic'd 1x12 cab). So I'm considering getting the Dual Terror, and relegating the Pignose to backup status.
My question is - those that use them, how have they held up as far as reliability goes? I'm a bit concerned that after barely 3 weeks I had to return my Micro Terror to Orange due to a grounding issue (although in their defense, the way they've been handling the warranty situation amazingly well). My Pignose has never failed me, and it takes pedals very well, but while it's got a good usable tone, and a usable amount of power, I prefer the Orange tone (a cranked Tiny Terror is hands down my favorite distortion).
Oh, I'd be getting the head (is there a Dual Terror combo?), as opposed to the combo, since I've got a 2x12 closed back avatar cab.

I've had my dual terror for a couple of years now and I love it so much. It's changed the way I play for the better and really prefer the less is more approach these days.
The valves you get fitted with it aren't the best and I ended up re valving it with some JJ's which made it sound even better. I did have a valve socket fail, but it was covered under warranty and got it back within 2-3 weeks.
Depending on venue, I run it on 15 watts on the fat channel with gain at 1/2 o'clock, and tone in the middle, plenty of gain for a nice crunch rhythm that cleans up with you guitar volume. Add a boost to tip it over for lead. The OCD works well with it, but I'd say of all pedals, drives/dirt/od/fuzz are the most picky on orange amps in my experience. Clean boosts work well as do treble boosters.
I run it through James' old purple cab fitted with 10" vintage 30 and greenback. Best trade for whiskey ever me thinks!

I've had my TT nearly two years, gigged it with three different bands, no issues at all.
My only criticism is if you play them loud you struggle to get clean headroom as the gain dials up the volume as well as dirt. But then, its a 15w Amp, it does well considering the 40w Marshall JCM 2000 i had was the same. I wouldn't say its massively pedal friendly but it responds great to boosting with an EHX LPB-1 or Tubescreamer.
It doesn't have a lot of features but it always delivers quality tone. It can keep up with any drummer even using a small 1x12 cab and its a monster through a 4x12.
Like Rob i'm in the 'less is more' camp and these Amps do that really well.

I always found the tiny terror to be better than the Dual Terror and the dark terror to be even better again.
Obviously different flavours. The Dual terror just seems lifeless to me, & I was really excited to see this come onto the market.
If you cope well enough with the Micro then the tiny will be more than loud enough. And by the sounds of it with less issues too.
I work in a shop and never heard of sending back a tiny but have the Dual on at least 2 occasions.
The Dark has been back once. Orange isn't the most reliable from experience. Chuck some cheaper modern Marshall and Blackstar valve into that category too.
I would stick with the Tiny Terror. It's tried and tested now, and has stood the test of time.
