Cheetah Strings

Post by Gabriel »

Just a heads up for anyone in the UK, CPC sell a brand of strings called Cheetah (also called Johnny Brook on eBay). The quality is ace and they only cost £1.50 a set.

I thought it was a good find that was worth sharing.

Ah I used Elixirs for ages, the problem was they just snap very easily - and I'm a Jazz player...

Also the postage from cpc kills the low price, so I'd pick up a set on ebay if you want to give them a go. At £2.19 they're not the bargain of the century, but if you like them a bulk order from cpc is way cheaper.

Ebay Lank

They're also sold as fake fender strings only as 9s though (link)
