Old thread bump/necromancy, but I'm looking at padded gig bags and was wondering if this is the "standard Gator soft case" people were referring to earlier in the thread?

I need a something to carry the Mustang in, but it doesn't have to be gig-worthy. Just something that fits and isn't expensive.

I would try to track down an original or reissue Fender Mustang case. My dad has a 65 Mustang and his case has kept it nice and protected ever since he was 14 years old. Its always looks cool with its silver almost snake skin appearance.

Resuscitating thread!!

Am looking for a nice case for my lovely Mustang and can't find anything interesting... I'm actually quite in shock at how little diversity in color and how little care towards design aesthetic is put into gig bags. I like colors... pink, purple, turquoise, etc. but all the cases I can find in color are cheaply made and so ridiculous that they would make me look like I'm a twelve year old One Direction fan...

Seriously... wtf?

WTF!?

Oh, and fuck these assholes too:

As a woman I always feel very very inclined to purchase from people who use women as sexy props to sell their products -- said no women ever

So does anyone know where I can find an interesting gig bag/case that's a little bit more creative than the regular black fabric bag or a black box? Like any small designer shops that make custom bags maybe?

Thanks :D
