I'm sure that fully a third of my Shortscale posts have been love letters to my Super-Sonic, but everything about it just feels right to me. That neck is home. When I was 13, after I'd been playing my cheapass Gremlin for a couple years and proved I was serious, my mom took me out to pick out a "real" guitar. As soon as I saw the Super-Sonic on the wall, I knew it was THE ONE. It's been my go-to guitar ever since.

EVH Wolfgang Special, a dream to play, rock solid tuning and incredibly versatile pickups. That and my Rickenbacker 4003 because, well because you feel the dogs cahoonas when you play it!
Don't look at me I'm irrelevant!
