one of my fav Ronson tracks.


Marc Bolan's LP is similar in that his was also natural, which looks amazing on an LP Custom.

He was half the reason I got a Les Paul.

Bolan's was originally a Standard/Burst, it was renecked with a Custom neck a couple times (it had at least 3 different necks during his time with it)

Ronson was a wonderful guitarist and arranger.

Think the Freddie Mercury tribute was his last live performance before he died. Was playing a Tele at that one.

My fave Bowie song is TVC 15. the guitar playing in that is so basic, so simple but effective. I realize all my favorite guitar players play almost not at all, nothing fancy. A lick here , one there, something repeated over and over. Very smart guitar.
