I kind of like it.

Is the Roadcore name and headstock a nod to the old Roadstar series or do they still use those a lot?

I like the design, just not sure about the standard HH, tune-o-matic configuration. Maybe they'll introduce some other pickup options in future. One of these with a couple of sloped single coils or tele-style pups would appeal to me more.

This is a neat touch- recessed pickups rings:

Fun bridge!

Oh, it's only £289. That is good!

I like all except headstock, which is the most vanilla design for line-6. Change that and it looks like a really good rocker

I really like that, if the humbuckers are coil split it'll be my new favorite guitar.

They missed the golden opportunity to bring back the wang stock full force and failed.

Otherwise it's OK.

True, it does need a more pronounced bell-end.

This with two p90's or mini hum buckers would be ace.

I'm liking that a lot. Agree it could do with P90s and a matching headstock.

The style of neck and headstock shape doesn't fit with the bound guitar body and body shape. Looks half-baked.

I generally dislike modern Ibanez, but these are pretty nice looking. I agree with everything that's been said; the headstock could use a change and the HH/TOM setup could use something more interesting, but, the general form is pretty hot.

Looks too 'modern' for me. I cant get on with seeing string through ferrules on top of a body, dont know why as they make way more sense (and probably help sustain) than a tail bar. Not keen on the chrome pup surrounds or the bound body either.
The general shape and headstock I do like.

A good alternative for the ferrules would be something like this. It's the First Act Garage Master guitar (the one that came with a free Volkswagon :P). It is a string through body, but the tail bar disguises that. And I like it.

I was well gutted when they gave these away... US only, didn't get one with my golf.

Maybe, but then so am I as I really am not keen on front string holes too.

That sucks. What I love is that they sell for 100 or less on Craigslist all the time just because its a First Act. I found on for 50, but it was 30+ miles away, and not worth the journey across LA for it.

But seriously, that tail piece is the best thing ever for string through bodies like that.
