What radius is the neck? Print off one of these

And use it as a start point to get the strings matching the curvature of the fretboard, , and then set overall height with bridge height adjustment, then intonate

Thanks for all the replies. I had another go at it, and I'm still shit at it. So I got some vintage looking off white pickup covers, and a bridge cover instead.
