Vista Jagmaster project

With some help from Cooterfinger in the pickguard dept I am coming along. I am considering getting a white bucker for the bridge but I do love the sound of the super dist and I have it in hand. :D

The pups are out of phase and sound anemic when both engaged. I need to play with it a bit more, tho I kinda like the out of phase sound and think it may be pretty useful. The GFS lipstick tube pup sounds meaty and dark, the other is the old neck position pup. Decided to keep the super dist for another project.

Do an chrome DP100 to offset the F-plate, knobs, lipstick and bridge.

Doesn't the spacing get mesed if you're using a neck pup at the bridge?

The spacing is fine. I am not really sure if this was the orig I guess. When I got it the wiring was an electronic abortion I got in trade. It had a standard spaced Duncan in the bridge and nothing worked.

That whole "F-spaced/non-F-spaced" thing doesn't translate well to imports. Epiphones are F-spaced and many Squiers are Gibson spaced.

Thanks guys. I am considering ordering a fat 24" scale neck from TK for it. My hands are getting terrible and I am finding myself needing a bigger neck. I can play my LP melody maker with a bat neck just fine. Anyone used the necks from TK? I bought a body from him and it was all good.
