Neck stamp matches this, so that's all good. The MODEL S300D WAL means it was originally a walnut finish. I think the rest is self explanatory.
Great guitar, and an excellent score. Well worth the wait. If you can breath life back into this and set it up nice, it WILL serve you well.

Last night I started to test out the electronics. The pickups work. Unfortunately, nothing else does, so I've ordered this dragonfire prewired LP harness to get this show back on the road:

Always loved this shape, it's so unusual but it works. Plan to own one someday.
