Squier Stagemaster

Post by Awstin »

So I just picked this up this weekend. I use to own it originally years ago but sold it back to the guitar shop. And it has been there ever since so I bought it back. It is completely MINT. I wanted it back just because of how amazing the neck is set. I'm too lazy to take pictures but it is the same guitar in these pictures and it is in MINT condition.

Same as mine! Only I put an EMG 81 in the bridge.
Since I got mine I've had a lot of other Superstrats but this has outstayed them all. Love it.

Hell yeah man. That set neck is amazing isn't it? When your playing really high notes its not even like its there.

Effortless to play, I agree.
I usually stick mine aside for teH Metalz for obvious reasons but it could easily be the main guitar.

A few years back a local guy was selling a load of Stagemasters, he'd realised how good they were and bought one of every color when they came out. I regret not buying the green model from him. Never seen one since or before.

Sweet! I believe that's a third generation Stagemaster with neck through. I have a 1st generation, bolt on neck, in Barney purple that I recently picked up. Yes, nice flat fretboards on these "shredmasters".

It was a Deluxe model, made in Korea. There was a debate about them being neck through on a another forum, it was never resolved.

That guy's local to me. When I worked at GC my boss hated him cause he'd come in on Black Friday/Labor Day/Memorial Day and snag all the marked down clearance stuff below cost to resell.

LEL. If I had half a dozen of them I would.

Apparently, they are Neck Through.

Same quality as the Korean Fenders.
I think Korean stuff has its own feel, like USA and MIJ models have theirs.
