That silver is hot. What color is it exactly, in Fender terms?

Inca silver?

His looks more metal than ceramic like Inca is, though.

Maybe it's the lighting, but his seems to have more blue in it than the Inca. Maybe just lighting, dunno

I feel so patriotic, even if it is silver. I have a stock fetish, but that's a nice range of sondz.

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone! I will answer some questions and supply a little more info about the mustangs....

The silver one is just krylon silver spray paint and a thin layer of krylon clear coat. I was totally aiming for the inca / tort look on that one. I like nitro lacquer and all that but I just wanted to do this one quick and DIY and I am happy with the result. It has a 3 way switch on the lower horn, no phase switches. The GFS stacked buckers scream!

Red one is done in reranch dakota nitro over plain wood with no primer coat. There was some thin clearcoat on it I think but it was my first nitro job and the instructions said dakota did not need primer so I skipped it. Its a bit relic-ey looking but I dont care, the nitro did the job. This one is more of a stock resto, with phase switches and regular single coils and white plastic tipped upgrade tuners etc...I even got a bridge cover for it!

The green one is spray painted with krylon "celery". It is a very pale green which looks white or gray in pictures. The vintage tort guard, vintage silver pickups and silver knobs really complete this look nicely I think...This pic does not do that one justice. It has a wierd spring loaded cover on the input jack that is presumably to keep gunk out of there...I like it so I left it on. It also has a 3 way switch on the lower horn, no phase switches. I will be upgrading the tuners on this to something better and maybe making it a hardtail. I would also like to refret it with bigger frets someday. It is a slab fingerboard and a much beefier neck than the other 2, which are fairly slim. It is also heavier than the others...I really dig the green one.
I will post more pics later! Thanks everyone!

Is it me, or is silver one's body slightly less rounded than the others? or is it the light?

The silver one does have less of a roundover, not sure why.
It is a 64 and is more slabby and a tad thinner than the 65 and 66. It was stripped when I got it but it was a pretty pro strip and clear refin, so I am not sure if that is why.
Hard to tell without another 64 body to compare it too....

Here are some more pictures of the silver and green one.
The greens actual color is somewhere between this and pictured above....Not this dark nor that light.....
