NPD - Xotic SP Compressor

Post by awfurby »

I have been looking for a comp for a little while and then out of the blue my wife bought me this: Xotic SP Compressor. She's awesome.

So tonight I will sit down with it and work out how I plan to use it. It has four internal switches for Attack and Sustain, so no doubt it will take a bit of tweaking.

Awesome, I'm really interested in this compressor. Report back when you've had a play around!

Ah it's great! I set it up for a clean sound on humbuckers - abt 12 o'clock on blend and volume, and it sounded fantastic. Really responsive, no noticeable noise, nice sustain

It really adds something to my sound, but doesn't overpower it either. I love it.

I also picked up a TC Electronics Polytune Mini, to free up some space on my board. Also a great pedal.
