Fretboard radius shouldn't affect the pocket at all. The only thing that you can't do is put a Tele squared heel into the others.

As long as the scale of the guitars matches (24" vs 25.5") then yes, they are completely interchangeable.

It also depends on the guitar. If it's a Fender, Japanese necks are usually a little wider than American necks.
