An in and out for each channel and a kill switch for each. Then an led light to tell you what channel(s) is/are on.

This is a little bit overkill.

It's just a three pickup jag with the availability to use it as a guitar and bass. That's all.

Well that's simple as a line splitter and an octave pedal to one amp. The Boss Super Octave OC-3 has a polyphonic mode that you can setting only affect the lower strings or all strings.

Cool that would come in handy for the bass output sound. We are doing it in my guitarists guitar too but using a TRS cable and installing a P Bass / Mustang pickup.

To be fair, this is cooler than 90% of the Jaguar builds that have ever been done on this forum, versus the all-too-usual case of "I decided to use THIS reranch colour to shake things up a bit, the queue to blow me should be orderly and single-file, thank you"

This is badass, I applaud your insanity.

Also you could pull the poles from the three higher strings in the pickup, so it just picks up the lower notes in chords...
Another guitarist with a stereo setup (no bass player), is Gentry from Eagle Twin. His shit is monstrous.

I thought about that to but take out the 4 higher string poles. But everywhere I looked into it said it would still pick up the windings and not totally work.

You could wind your own 4-pole or 3-pole pickup. That'd make it a true custom jobber.

Does anyone else remember that Squire Jag (old hh jag) that somebody (RodVonBon?) on here modded?
It had a mustang bass pickup for similar end results to what punkacc seeks.
Also had mustang trem and the regular Jag plates fitted.

I saw that before. I always thought the pickup looked weird and never understood it but now I do lol. Didn't he have a red jag and had a sticker over the input jack?
